I applied online on the company website. I then had a casual phonecall interview with the Lead Practitioner of the team that I had applied for. He spent some time getting to know me and asked my why I was interested in the role and told me about the role and the client. After this conversation an interview was scheduled on Teams. I was pretty much asked the same questions that I was asked on the phone with a few additional questions.

Online interview with people you will support and supervisor, usually on Teams. Probably would be in person now after lockdown. Call before interview for initial questions. Easy-going, general questions to test your attitude and interest in the job.
