Standard process. Interviewed with SVP and met with the rest of the PM team. The team members asked the same question. They shared their experience and I shared mine. They were very upfront and work at the time was fun.

I was referred by a friend to an employee who works there. Initial phone screening/interview with SVP to get a feel for who I was and if I would be a good fit. On-site one on one interviews with 4 employees. Each person had their own interview style ranging from technical to personality driven.
