Background, experiences in previous projects for specific technical aspects
The process of the interview was effective and had fewer rounds compared to other partners. There were 3 rounds - talking with HR, then presenting solutions to other seniors in the company and lastly ended with talking with the CEO to find out if the company and the new joiner are matched.
