I applied through my university careers portal and then was contacted by a recruiter about a week later to set up a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 25 minutes and was general behavioral questions about past experience both academically and professionally. Was invited to NYC office for "Super Day" which was scheduled for a few weeks later. The Super Day interview was two different interviews including a case study which was a general supply chain break down. It was not too hard. The interviewers were friendly and outgoing, however, they seemed to grill me until I said the answer that they were looking for. They did not go through my resume at all, instead just typical behavioral questions. Recruiter left a message about a week later, and it was very difficult to follow up with her this lasted over a week. Was frustrated about the overall experience regarding follow up after the interview. An email declining the position would have been satisfactory, especially because I was told several times that I would hear from a recruiter in a few days. Definitely seems like a cool company culture, but it appears to consist of cold calling.
