Very smooth and transparent interview process. First step was a 15 min virtual call with the company recruiter to go over resume and company details. After that I had a meeting with the CFO which was a cultural fit interview and learning a lot more about the company. Next step was a 30 minute interview with their Tech Lead VP. This was much more of an interview where in depth tech questions were asked about my knowledge level to understand my experience in the Cloud. Following that a few days later an offer was extended which was very competitive. I ended up declining as I received an offer from another company that was more in line with where I wanted to take my career, however every single person I spoke with at ThinkStack could not have been warmer or friendlier. I definitely had a positive experience (especially compared to other companies I've interviewed with recently) and could not recommend them enough from the exposure I have had with them.
