It was a pretty casual conversation, and I enjoyed talking to the interviewers. My frustration came when I didn't hear back from the interviewers after the interview. I even sent follow-up emails about the next step in the process. I knew after a month that they had essentially ghosted me. I understand not responding to applicants, but the least that they could have done was email me, "We're not moving forward with you, thanks for your time."
