There are four stages. I was interviewed in HQ, NJ. The interview went well but did not get the offer. They don't look for the talent I believe. There were assessment tests but they did not give me sufficient time to complete the test. Tough and unusual questions were asked at the interview. Unnecessarily lengthy process in the recruitment.

I received an email asking for my availability within the next 2–3 business days for an interview, and I replied the same day. I did not receive a response until two business days later, around 5 PM. We then scheduled an online interview for the next day, and I received a reminder from the recruiter two hours beforehand. I joined the interview early, but no one attended for the full 30-minute scheduled time. I sent a follow-up email afterward and have still not received any response several weeks later. Even if they decided to move forward with another candidate, a brief update or communication would have been appreciated.
