Submitted application online. Received a call a couple weeks later and had an in depth conversation about my background/skills and was told by the HR representative I was going to move forward in the process. Several days later I contacted them to ask when I would receive the next call and was sent an email with the date/time. Received the call from the hiring manager and discussed the position and my qualifications at length. Interview went very well. a week passed and I heard from another HR representative and was told there would be two other calls, one from a woman that would be an associate and one from an HR manager. I was asked what days would be convenient. We agreed on a date and I was sent an email with the schedule for both calls. Same day back to back. The day of the call I was advised that one of the calls would be cancelled but I would still speak to the HR manager. The call went horribly. I could not believe what an incredible waste of my time because there was nothing new asked of me. At this time I am still in the process three weeks and counting with no face to face. I will have spoken to a representative 5 times. Honestly I have never felt so deterred by an interview process before. To top it off after all this time the HR representative was unable to advise detail on the benefits and compensation. At the very least after so much time has passed would expect a conversation regarding benefits/compensation.
