I interviewed for the role of Scientist I for Development operations There were more technical questions than behavioural, so go through the job description and revise on relevant concepts for the job. in my case it was HPLC, Organic chemistry, Dissolution etc. Their questions were more in-depth than i expected

Very technical-oriented interview, with only a few behavioral questions. Expect a lot of questions related to the job description. Not too difficult but be prepared for rapid fire chemistry questions.
