There was a 30 minute phone call with the recruiter, that was mostly a summary of your background and your salary expectations. Then there was an hour long phone call with the hiring manager, which covered background of the job, work history and behavioral questions. Then there was an on-site interview with 4 different people, which lasted 3 hours.

Very technical-oriented interview, with only a few behavioral questions. Expect a lot of questions related to the job description. Not too difficult but be prepared for rapid fire chemistry questions.

Generic star questions, just what you expect anywhere else. So I guess you should find the standard questions and have an answer for them. Other than that getting the interview wasn't hard
