Little lead time was provided when the interviews were set up. This was done in a hurry; position was to be filled almost immediately after the interviews. Not all positions at this company work this way - most take a great deal of time before an offer is made. Met with an array of individuals from HR to Product Management to Engineering to Finance. Interviews were 1 : 1, six individual interviews. Interviews were in 1 hour sessions - different personnel came and went every hour. HR questions were typical (you can Google for a list), other personnel asked largely philosophical questions. Not too many egos and the questions were straightforward - you didn't have to worry about guessing what the questioners motivations were - no games.
