Get into the door through phone Interview 3 years ago. Get hired 2 weeks after the phone interview. Recently had another 1:1 interview for another position, was converted into new position within 2 weeks. The interview is pretty intense but not out of this world. Study the company's profile and you should be fine.

2 rounds, one with the campus recruiter and one with the direct manager. The process was very chill and they were mostly behavioral questions. Got my offer a week after the interview.

I applied through their website and had a phone call with the HR department followed by another phone interview with someone working in corporate development. Both phone calls were about half an hour long and had time for me to ask questions at the end.
