J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Thermo Fisher Scientific en mars 2015
Entretien
I was contacted 2 months after applying for the position. I had 4 interviews, 3 over the phone and 1 in person. The first interview was a basic HR interview covering the information I supplied on my resume and confirming I knew what the position entailed. The second interview was also a basic HR interview about a week after the 1st, focused more on what it is like working with ThermoFisher and some of the benefits of working for the company. The third interview was in person (the only one in person) with what would be the direct supervisor in a 1 on 1 setting. The questions ranged from inquiring about previous learning experiences from other positions I've had, to where I see myself in 6 months if I was offered the position.
The last interview was with what would be my 1-over boss. This interview very in depth with pointed questions. The interviewer was looking for very specific answers to his question, often asking if there was anything more I wanted to touch on if it didn't seem like I gave the direct answer.

Internal Job Interview-very informal and conversational. Only spoke with the hiring manager. Heard back with an offer after 2-3 days. Had already met the hiring manager before which made it easier.

Phone interview was a quick getting to know you and reviewing your application. Next is zoom interview with manager. If you're good at inventory in any industry you can easily hop to a different industry.
