The interview process was a positive experience. Thermo Fisher seems like a great company to work for. There were three stages, first I got a call from a recruiter, who asked general questions about previous work experience. They quickly scheduled me to talk to the hiring manager also on the phone and the third stage was in person interview about three hours long. Besides getting to know you and your background it was nice to be given plenty of time to ask questions and have a conversation about the company and position.
