J'ai passé un entretien chez Thera Group

      Entretien

I was by the hiring manager regarding my CV, and a phone call was arranged to the job. I discussed the job with the hiring manager and was invited to attend a face to face interview which was supposed to last 1 hour. The interview ran over by a considerable amount. I was asked al manner of questions regarding, competency, past positions, my autism and concerns over previous duration of past positions. I was then given a date for which feedback would be given the Friday of that week. I was called by the hiring manager who said they had not conducted the rest of the interviews yet. I was then advised that I would have to wait another week until the 15th to get feedback. This did not take place. On the contrary was forced to undertake the humiliation of trying to track down my hiring manager, who had in fact "Ghosted" me. I had sent an email which was ignored, and attempted to call both the direct line and the managers mobile which was ignored. I was then to leave a message with the receptionist. At this point I received a generic call from the hiring manager with feedback which is not only not useful but completely invalid given the interview. I was refused based on experience I did not have yet no questions regarding this area appeared during the interview or were stipulated as essential on the application. I was upfront regarding my autism and to undergo this has been deeply humiliating and damaging to my mental health. I was given a deadline which I expected communication, and it was not received which caused me to have issues managing my reaction around this. I am the target population this company is supposed to help, but I find your charity does nothing it says it does and is no help. The hiring manager attempted to suggest I can apply for another job. However, the experience here has put me off doing so at this point.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

Why were some of my previous work positions short time scales? how do I cope in social situations? How do I cope with others who think in different ways to me i.e. are not autistic.
