The interview started out with filling out and application followed by a discussion with their head of accounting. It was a casual style format of interview, more conversational than question and answer. Very comfortable atmosphere. The whole interview took about 40 minutes, 15 minutes with the application and 25 conversation. I never received a call back from them but she said she felt I was overqualified
