Interview was harrowing. Sat down with two supervisors and reviewed all application materials. Went over personal and professional questions. Had a second interview, was asked to strike up a conversation with a random member in the lobby. Recommendation: dress semi-professionally, possibly in nice active wear. If you haven't seen the facility, ask for a tour from the MOD.

This was a simple interview with the director and another executive. They asked fairly basic questions and discussed the position more thoroughly. There was only one interview in the process.

Entretien
I received a response the day after I submitted my application and then had a brief phone screening the day after that. Three days later, I came in for an in-person interview and was asked several scenario-based questions. Part of that interview was also to walk the floor and actually interact with the folks working out.
