First started with a swim test, then did a CPR drill, and finally ended with some questions from management. Swim test was not too difficult but moving straight into CPR was pretty tiring. Questions were not too hard to answer.
Easy, asks relevant questions. Casual, you should know the job and be ready to show up early and take it seriously. You’ll be the best at the job if you just do that.
Couple of behavioral / skill questions related to the training classes. Know all the types of saves and when to perform them. Also, know how to answer situational changes. 1 short interview with the lead Aquatics director. Offer next day
