Applied for the job through the internet. Somebody called me and I had an interview. After that I had to wait til my town's YMCA opened up and then I opened the facility. Easy hiring process. The interview was relaxed and the interviewer did not stress me out at all.

Entretien
Very friendly and informal interview. Showed up and was given a tour of the gym facility, role overview, and updates to the organization. Had the same job in college, so I was familiar with the process, just not that exact gym location.
The HR department was very friendly and honest. The hiring manager was professional and communicated the role well. They first did a phone screen and had one follow-up in person interview.
The director was very nice. I toured the whole facility. We spoke about job requirements. We talked about my experience with customer service, fitness, nutrition, etc. It was very pleasant and had a really nice conversation with him.
