There were two interviews for this position. A phone interview and an in person interview. All of the questions were the standard questions you would find on google. Good luck!
Was never given the chance even though I met all qualifications and went through the VA along with 3 other black applicants, they would lose the applications on paper or say that they never received the online applications even though we saved them to hard drive, EEOC should do their job and investigate why there are little to no black trainers at the YMCA's.
