Very fun and educational interview. For Y of Central Maryland, you are required to teach something to the interviewer to demonstrate how you teach and lead children. We played ice-breaker games and team-building games to demonstrate cooperation and to show what kinds of games we will be playing with the kids. The interview took several hours but I was hired on-site and fingerprinted on-site.
