Great process. Both interviewers were very nice! It was straightforward with the typical questions asked for a preschool teacher position. The only thing was that I felt it was a little rushed, but it was after hours so that could be why.

Answer questions regarding resume and position, then shadow a teacher for an hour. If that goes well then you are hired. Next step is to do online training and join your class.
It was easy. Quick. They asked standard interview questions. Why did I want to teach. Tell me a difficult time when. How would you handle discipline. Received a call same week.
