I applied to the YMCA online. A few days later, I got an e-mail about an interview. They told me to prepare an icebreaker or game that I would do in a class setting. The interview was a group interview, with multiple interviewers. It was a positive experience.

Entretien
I applied via indeed.com and the lady got back to me pronto on coming in for an interview. When I got there I asked for her at the desk and we sat down in the little cafe area for my interview. She had another Director sit on the interview with her and they pretty much asked me about my experience and education. Most of the conversation was the interviewers talking about themselves and I got hired on the spot and went on a mini-tour and then she revealed compensation.

Fill out application online or on site only when there is a posting for the position that you are interested in at their website, www.indymca.org. Make a follow up call to the listed Director and possibly another follow up call if you do not hear from the person you contacted.
