Phone screen with HR followed by a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. Both went very well and after the Zoom interview, HR reached out to give me a design test for the "simulation round." Most designers consider tests like these to be a bit offensive (it suggests that our portfolios of past work which we have spent years making are not "enough"), nonetheless I agree to the test. HR required that I take the test that day and return it within 24 hours, despite the fact that it was a weekday and I work a full-time job so had very little time to complete the test (which, by the way, was equivalent to a week-long project). I returned the test on time and then was ghosted by HR and never received a formal rejection or response, even after following up a week later. Complete waste and disrespect for candidates' time.

Very easy going phone and in person interview. Nice managers I spoke with. Was told I’ll hear back the following week and heard nothing. Just would’ve appreciated a rejection email, especially after I reached out.
