Applied, they responded within three days and invited me for the interview. They were welcoming and very informative. Contacted me within a week to let me know their decision. Discussed responsibilities and expectations, salary, long-term goals, and company and personal ideals. Also talked about the UPS company as a whole and how it relates to the individual franchises.

Pretty straight forward stuff. Question about availability and if you can perform certain tasks while working. When can you start date and they explain the benefits. Really easy process as well
fair , wasnt hard. Very detailed. Ask 10 questions. Be pepared to answer in a star method abd give scenario. Its a step process. Was interview by one person. First you do a phone screening then a in person
