The initial screening was confusing. The HR recruiter starts off setting the stage as "conversation style" but was still very much a traditional interview style. After a week, I was asked to put together a presentation and to interview in front of a panel. I was told the presentation would be discussed during the panel interview, but was not. Said they would get back to me, but unresponsive after follow ups.
