I had a phone screen with promising conversations and informed by the recruiter they would get back to me by the end of the week or beginning of next week. A follow up email to the recruiter and one month later, I have yet to hear back. Feedback: When interviewing for HR-related roles, many come with recruiting/interviewee experience. Ghosting candidates of these positions is especially off putting when candidates know how to provide positive interview experiences.
