Applied online and the recruiter responded to schedule time for a phone screen. The recruiter then thought it was better that I come to the office in person since I was local. Upon interviewing at the office, the recruiter was transparent that my background may not be the best of fit and we were done within half the allotted time. Everyone I spoke with - coordinator, recruiter, reception at TTD were a pleasure to work with. I also appreciated the candid and transparent conversation with the recruiter, although this probably could have been assessed with a call, rather than having an in-person meeting.
