The interview process was extensive and I’m not sure why they seem to be proud of that. I talked with the HR rep three times on the phone before I was pushed ahead for a 30 minute phone interview with the manager. 30 minutes turned into 90 minutes of him talking about himself as well as things that were unrelated to my interview. At one point I was questioning why I was even on the phone since he talked over me, not to me. I questioned why I was even being interviewed when he clearly hopped on the call to talk about himself. The last ten minutes actually consisted of me answering a few questions that pertained to my professional experience. It was egotistical and bizarre. I was moved onto the writing test which also took up 90 minutes of my time. The writing request was fairly standard, but again, extensive. So after a month of being strung along with endless phone calls and waiting, I was not moved forward because “I did not meet their expectations.”
