The entire hiring process took just over a week from application submission to offer acceptance. Te interview was pretty casual - one on one with the store manager sitting at one of the vignettes. We reviewed my resume and how my previous experience would benefit me in this role. The manager was genuinely interested and engaged, not just going through the motions. Great interview!!
The interview was conducted during my application visit. It was an easy-going but professional conversation. The manager seemed happy that I'd come in. I was given an offer right away.
