The interview process was fairly straightforward. I applied via the parent company's site (Gannett), was contacted by the recruiter, and then the interview process began. My process consisted of two panel interviews. After the last panel interview, I didn't receive any further communication from this team. Not a follow up, not a phone call, nothing. Says A LOT about your organization if you treat prospective candidates this way.
