First interview was 10 minutes, 2nd was an hour (and a group interview). There is a 2 hour unpaid orientation and a requirement to pay $53 out of pocket for your background check.

tedious and lengthy group process... took place over zoom with about 6 other participants. barely had any time to properly form or give an answer without getting cut off. also, too much emphasis on references instead of work experience and interview process.

Entretien
The interview was a video interview with 14 other candidates. Each person was able to answer 2-3 questions. The interview was not difficult, but it was very long. You have to listen to each person give their answers as well. There was time at the end to ask the interviewer questions as well. The whole process took 2 hours.
