It was fairly simple. I am a current student so i applied through my student account. I got a phone call for a quick 5 minute phone interview about 4 weeks after the initial application. I was asked if i would be available for an assessment center in the next month, i said yes. I was then sent an email with the details of the interview and dates and was requested to send in a few identification forms. Assesment center was very easy and relaxed. Got on offer 3 weeks after the interview.
