Smooth and thorough with just enough detail to understand expected responsibilities. Each person I came into contact with followed up with me within 24 hours and shared next steps with me. There was little room for confusion!

The interview process was average. The questions were standard and aligned with the role, but there was nothing particularly unique or memorable about the experience. Communication was adequate, but there is room for improvement in terms of providing feedback and structuring the process more efficiently.

My interview was virtual on Microsoft Teams, and I was aloud to schedule if at a time that worked for me. During the interview we spoke about previous experience, “what would you do in this situation” questions, expected pay, went over resume.
