The interview consisted of a face to face with the Maintenance manager and the electrical engineer. After I interviewed with the Maintenance Manager, he called up the department superintendent I was going to be working in. His interview was just to basically give me a run down on how that particular floor operated and what he expected out of me. If you're just getting into the maintenance field this will be a good stop for you to gain some knowledge and experience.
