There are 2 segments: background, then personality tests. The background tests include the "serious" questions, where you'll be asked about your education background, the stuff you did in your spare time etc. The personality test makes you think out of the box, so you'll have to be agile. The only wrong answer for this is if you don't answer.

Had to come up with 5 ideas for media content prior to the interview, and had to explain these ideas at the interview. Apart from that, quite typical interview questions, though they seemed to focus most on ideas.
