Probably the most unprofessional interview process I have ever been part of. I interviewed for a front end developer position. There was initially two other devs that interviewed me. They must not have known what position I was interviewing for because 90% of their questions were about back end development. They were very unorganized and obviously had no experience interviewing people. They had no questions prepared and were just winging it. The second part of the interview was with another person who also had no idea how to interview someone. She had all of two questions and her interview lasted about 3 minutes. My recruiting contact wouldn't respond to emails or messages in a timely manner if at all. Upon exiting the interview she said she would contact me within a week with their decision. I never heard back from her. I even sent her several messages since then just asking if they had made a decision yet, but never received a response. So she ghosted me. Seriously unprofessional. I'm happy to catch a glimpse of how this company actually works internally. Which appears to be with no structure, organization, or professionalism. Having seen this fiasco, I no longer have any interest in working here.
