It was basically the same as most other interviews. I had an initial phone interview and then a in person interview at the place of business. Basic interview questions, like "How have you dealt with challenges in the past?" and "What are some of your strengths/weaknesses? ". After a few following the second interview, I was contacted and offered the position.
