Found by recruiter, had a phone screening with recruiter, FaceTime interview with recruiter (interviewer was at company's HQ in Raleigh, NC), then in-person interview with DC branch director of operations and regional manager.

What was your biggest accomplishment during school?
Tedious interview process with multiple rounds. The last interview lasts for hours, and they review your behavior and attitudes from years prior. You will likely talk with two to three people, including the branch manager, throughout the last interview.

They dive deep into your background to determine if your a personality fit, asking you to explain scenarios that date back to high school.

Sent out emails after the interview thanking them for their time - no response.
Received a rejection by some lady from their home office in NC, not any of the people I actually spoke to.
Emailed the guy I spoke to thanking him for his consideration and asking if they had any feedback for me - no response.
For an interview process that took several weeks, with one hour long Skype interview and one 2 hour in-person interview, it felt pretty impersonal.
