I applied online and received an email for a phone screening. After the phone screening I was invited to an in person interview. It was 3 45 minute interviews. After the interviews they moved forward with checking references and then an offer was made. The process was very smooth and they were transparent the whole time of what to expect next. Such a breath of fresh air during the current job market.
