An initial e-mail and then a face to face interview. It ended up being a panel interview. The interview was conducted by the supervisor and her supervisor. The entire process moved along rather quickly

I was interviewed over the phone first. After successfully interviewing here, I was scheduled for a second face-to-face interview with the Program Director and the Major over the Program Director
