I applied for the position and a few days later got a call back to schedule an interview. Went in the next day and spoke with three employees who asked me questions about my personality, previous work experience, and how I prefer to work. I also filled out a paper that asked questions about certain HR scenarios and how I would handle them. Everyone was friendly, it was fast and simple, and overall a great experience.
