That specific job cannot be applied for, the higher ups choose you. They chose me based on the character I showed during my time in the program (its a mens rehabilitation center). I was very involved and active throughout, lead the praise and worship team, volunteered for everything, etc. They truly are a good company, and do NOT get paid the big bucks like Goodwill...their proceeds go to the needy. Fact.
