J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez The RealReal
Entretien
Applied for the position in January 2016 and received an automated response email confirming this. I, then, heard absolutely nothing until June 2016, when I received a generic email from a recruiter:
"Hello!
Thank you for your application. I'd like to set up a call with you to discuss this opportunity. Could you please suggest some times when you will be available in the next few days?
I look forward to speaking with you."
By that time I had nearly forgotten I had applied for that job. Five months is a ridiculous "turnaround time" between first contact and response. Extremely unprofessional.

Very easy. They asked like 3 questions (favorite designer, are you interestedi in fashion, do you work better on a team or individually) and called me the same day to offer me the job.

No follow up and quick interview. Barely any questions asked and confusion over job that was being offered. Could not give a timeline and didn’t seem interested in my answers

Short, easy, informal. Felt like I was 1 of probably many interviews that day that they were trying to pump through. Very brief written portion of the interview for a copywriting position.
