I initially had a great phone screening with the recruiter, which made me feel positive about the opportunity. About a week later, I had a Google Meet interview scheduled with the hiring manager, but the interviewer never showed up. I was told that the wrong person was tagged for the interview. After reaching out to the recruiter, a new interview was scheduled. Prior to that interview, I had a few follow-up questions and concerns, but the recruiter did not respond. I only received a reply after I canceled the interview. Overall, the process felt disorganized and frustrating. The lack of communication and missed interview made it feel like my time and preparation were not respected.

Interview was good, they called on time and the person who spoke to me was very nice. I have many years of experience in the jewelry industry and according to the job description this position would have been straight up my ally. Turned out that they have other things in mind. They want you to works as a educator for their sales people about the jewelry they will sell, they want you to also sale and have a commission/goal based structor as well as work with two different teams as a communicator. Very confusing role - 3 in one position. I was told that I would need to be interviewed by 2 more people from other teams. Sounds like they want a lot for this role.
