I emailed my resume and received an email within 1 day to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was pretty basic and straightforward. I was then asked for an in person interview in the city. We sat down and I was given a survey to see how Republican I was. We later discussed pay and benefits which was not a useful conversation because they lied to get me to take the job. I learned they only wanted me because of my connections that they learned of in this interview.
