J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez The RMR Group (Local, MO) en janv. 2009
Entretien
I was hired before the major changes to the process where applicants go through telephone pre-screening with HR then an interview with local PMO and then testing. My interview was with local office staff and then a job offer. Very straight forward, easy Q&A.
Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez The RMR Group
Entretien
I went through the phone screening process and then one in-person interview. The interview was with a property manager and a vice president. It lasted about 30 minutes. After the interview, I waited three weeks to send a follow up email. Exactly 10 days after I sent said email, I received a reply where I was told the position was being re-worked into a different role to provide an opportunity for an existing employee. I wish they had told me about this from the beginning rather than have me wait over a month to tell me that and were more considerate of my time. I found it very unprofessional.
J'ai passé un entretien chez The RMR Group (Sacramento, CA)
Entretien
I applied and RMR went through a staffing company called RETS associates. First, I had a staffing phone interview with RETS, staffing Skype Interview with RETS, then HR phone interview with RMR, then there were Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word tests, and a personality index test. There was a "Prepare an email response" writing exercise as well. Phone interview was standard, but I think their decisions rely heavily on the testing.
