Entretien
The interview process (by phone) was short, casual, and relatively easy to prepare for. However, you have to take an exam on the subject you want to teach, and must receive a high score on it before getting to the interview. Interviewers ask the typical questions that one would expect if they were applying elsewhere (e.g. qualifications, interests, availability).
The interview process was multi-staged, starting with a timed exam with a certain passing threshold. You immediately know how well you do on the exam and you have 2 attempts.
The bar is quite high for the exams, but afterwards, you only have two small additional steps. First is the phone screening, which is mostly to fully inform you about the position so you can decide for yourself whether to progress further. The final step is a short virtual lesson on a topic of your choice which you prepare and teach.
