Applied online job site and was told I was overqualified for the original position and was asked (by a personal email from H.R.) to apply for the Channel Sales Manager and/or the Partner Activation Specialist -- which I did. Was then asked to take their two assessments -- which I did. I never received my scores. I followed-up several times to H.R. and finally heard back via an impersonal form letter. Very unprofessional for an organization that prides itself on being personal and wanting to help connect job seekers and companies to form a good team.
