J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Predictive Index (Boston, MA) en sept. 2020
Entretien
The Predictive Index specializes in interviewing and job placement metrics. The interview process involved 7 different interviews and 2 tests. In the end, I was not offered a job because I did not have all the desired requirement even though they claimed that personality mattered more than skills. They knew that from the resume. I felt like I was just a guinea pig helping them expand their research.

J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Predictive Index
Entretien
I usually don't write reviews for reasonable companies, but PI was really unprofessional so I decided to write down about how I was treated in their interview process.
First, received a message from Linkedin saying my background looks like a fit for their Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack position. Asked if I want to apply. Replied 'Yes'.
Then they sent out 2 assessments: a behavioral assessment and a cognitive assessment. Completed them in 2 days. Asked what's next. Waited a couple days. They replied and asking me to complete another cognitive assessment saying people were usually given a 2nd chance to complete it. Completed it again.
Waited 1 week and heard nothing. Follow up with the recruiter. No reply. Until one day (Tuesday) another recruiter from PI contacted me saying they want to set up a call with me. And she scheduled it to the coming Friday.
The recruiter called 8 minutes late per our scheduled time. She sounded uninterested and asked a few standard questions. Mentioned my behavioral assessment result indicated I was the person they were looking for. This was on a Friday. On Sunday, I received a template email saying "We are not moving forward with your candidacy for the role". Until now, the whole process took 3+ weeks.
It looks like they just want some free users to test out their products. Not interested in hiring people at all given the lack of response they showed.
